At it Luggage, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return your unused luggage within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the security tags and protective film still intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Luggage

  Carefully place the item back into its original box, ensuring all internal padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
